The quote tool

The quote interface gathers gender, date of birth, self-reported wellness status, smoking habits, target coverage limit and preferred duration. This information gets transmitted to the insurers' quoting service to fetch rates, but isn't retained on this website. No personal details like name, residence address, cell phone or email are collected for quotes. When the same request is repeated, a transient storage location may serve the prior result to prevent re-querying.

Applying

After you decide to apply, your previous input gets put into a protected digital form managed by the insurance platform, and you consent to that platform's data terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129), is responsible for processing applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your full name, email account, an optional phone number, your communication choice, the subject matter, and your written message. This gets sent as email to the insurance office; your email is used as the return contact. The website itself retains no message copies, doesn't maintain a submissions database, and keeps no records of the content sent. A lightweight anti-spam verification runs on your machine prior to transmission.

Measurement

This website logs visitor sessions using first-party, cookie-free monitoring hosted on our own domain. No session tracking cookies or computer identifiers are placed; the last two digits of your IP address are removed before storage; the query section of any referred page is excluded; stored visit records are purged after three months. Devices transmitting Do Not Track indicators or Privacy Control headers skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

This site doesn't purchase or distribute personal information, employ ad-tracking systems, or run external analytics tools. The sole third-party functionality on this website comes from the insurers' application interface on the apply section, which only operates if you navigate to it.
